Our programme is holistic as it incorporates all necessary training for maximum development of our members. Our different groups’ structure caters for beginners, intermediate and advanced.

Wednesday – 18h30        Hill training (Rondebosch Common)

Wednesday – 18h30         Sub-junior training (Bridgetown)

Thursday – 18h15             Bridgetown evening training

Weekends                           Parkrun, races and long runs
